The majority of healthcare services and treatments for inpatients and outpatients must be approved by the insurance company. Approval is documented by noting the authorization code on the relevant insurance forms prior to initiating treatment. Patients are kindly requested to bring their insurance card and the required forms to their appointment with the doctor.

The Patient Financial Services Department will assist you with the following:

Explaining the treatments covered by your insurance and what benefits are provided, based on the details outlined in your insurance policy.
Assisting you in coordinating the insurance approval process for both inpatient and outpatient treatments.
Clarifying your financial obligations.
Informing you of the estimated overall costs, including any deposit you may need to cover from your own expenses.
Updating you on any developments regarding complications in your condition that may require an extended hospital stay, and obtaining the necessary approval for the additional period.
Providing details on any required advance payments and deadlines for settling outstanding balances.
Issuing an accurate bill at the end of your hospital stay, which reflects both paid and outstanding amounts.
